If you are running Windows Vista, try to right click on the icon, and "Run as Admin"

Ok i might have another tip for you. When you run the in stall and you get to the part where its say put files in C;/programfiles/coloradopokerfriends, try putting the files in its own folder, some thing like C:/coloradopkerfriends Try that and see if that works
