Normal ebb and flow. I lost a few sit n go's and had a bad session when I moved up in the limit game I play. Moved back and have been breaking even. Won both of the sit n go's I played today and am back to even. Looking to move ahead again. Really need to work on the limit game though.

I have officially made money online. I am now ahead of what I've put on my account for the first time. Plan to keep the day job. I hope this run continues.

Played in a home tourney last night. 18 player tourney, 50 buyin with 4 places paid. Finished 12th. Picked up some big hands but didn't play anything very well. Busted out with 99 vs AK. Lost the race. Played a quick game 2 with 7 players and fast blinds. Got it all in with AK against AQsuited and he made a flush. My only consolation is my money went in with the best hand both times. My friends put on a very nice game so it's fun.

My music selections are from the terrific movie Once. The first selection is nominated for an Oscar. For now. There is a question of its eligibility. I can't recommend the film enough.

My kids are 6 and 4 and both like to play poker with me. We usually just let the dealer pick an amount of chips and deal it out to see who wins. They don't handle the cards so well but they both can deal both hold 'em and Omaha. They know who gets the first card and then burn and deal correctly. They both two outed me and my daughter one outed me. My daughter beat my turned full house when she rivered quads. I'm regretting the whole experiment.
